REINSERTION AND HOPE
This project is aimed at individuals deprived of liberty and ex-prisoners at risk of social exclusion, aged over 18 and from the Bilbao area
In collaboration with the Adsis Foundation, we form a mixed training group each season.
The sessions are conducted by technicians from the Athletic Club Foundation. The main objective is to promote healthy lifestyle habits, emphasizing social skills and new ways of relating to others, which are essential for their reintegration into society.

The users of this project often face a lack of support during their reintegration process, leading to an 80% reoffending rate and returning to prison.
Adsis Bestalde is a comprehensive programme that provides alternatives to the social exclusion of individuals deprived of their liberty.
It is an educational and therapeutic initiative designed to aid the social integration of these individuals.

Weekly training sessions focus on values and psychological issues
The team trains once a week at the El Fango sports centre, and once a month, the training is replaced by a group session that addresses values and psychological matters at the day center.
A group of individuals deprived of liberty with the Fundazioa team.
In the sessions, through football and sport, they work on physical conditioning, personal behaviour, coexistence, hygiene, and daily habits. The presence of our coaches is fundamental, as they serve as authority figures and role models who support the integration process.
Throughout the season, complementary activities are organised to enhance our work in the field, such as planting trees to offset the CO₂ footprint alongside other Fundazioa projects, games with other Fundazioa groups, visits to the museum, and more.
