The Athletic Club Foundation will take to various towns of Bizkaia a cycle made up of some of the films that have won the Audience Award in one of the seven editions of the Thinking Football Film Festival.
The first stop of this cycle will be Getxo, which during the month of October will screen in the Sala Areeta (Muxikebarri) of Algorta four of the films that were most liked by the Thinking Football audience. Thus, on Thursday 10 October, at 7:30 pm. will be screened “Nossa Chape“, the winner of last season’s Audience Award 2019. Directed by brothers Michael and Jeff Zimbalist, it tells the story of the reconstruction of the Chapecoense football club after the plane crash that killed the entire squad in 2016. The following three weeks, days 17, 23 and 31, at the same time, will be screened “The Pass” (United Kingdom, 2016, Ben A. Williams), “Next Goal Wins” (United Kingdom, 2013, Mike Brett and Steve Jamison) and “Democracia em Preto e Branco” (Brazil, 2014, Pedro Asbeg).
And not only in Bizkaia, Thinking Football will also arrive to Madrid. It will be there at the end of October in the Sala Equis.
