With the good taste of yesterday’s qualification for the quarterfinals of the Europa League, Athletic Club Fundazioa plays this weekend the second phase of the season in Galicia
Athletic Club Fundazioa travels this Friday to Galician lands to play the second phase of the seventh season of LaLiga Genuine. The squad departed at noon by bus from Lezama to A Coruña with their luggage full of joy. Joy for the qualification of the lions achieved yesterday against AS Roma and for the desire to have fun with the rest of the teams in this competition.
As was the case last season, the 47 clubs are divided into two competition groups. Athletic Genuine is placed in the Group Compañerismo along with 22 other teams.
In the First Phase Athletic Genuine faced Granada CF and CD Eldense. In this second phase, their rivals will be Fundación Club Atlético de Madrid (Saturday, at 11:00), SD Ponferradina, (Saturday at 17:30) and CD Lugo (Sunday, at 10:00).
