LABOUR AND SOCIAL INCLUSION
It is a project aimed at adults in a serious situation of social exclusion in Bizkaia, specifically in a residential centre in Gamiz and in a day centre in Derio
The groups are led by technicians from the Athletic Club Foundation. Each season we form two mixed training groups.
The sessions are led by technicians from the Athletic Club Foundation. The main objective is to provide this group with a regular activity that helps in their process of socialisation and empowerment, as well as to promote sport and leisure activities and ensure their access to leisure activities.

TRAINING HOURS FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION
Adults in this situation have many problems for full social inclusion due to the number of problems and the history they have.
Emaús develops programmes for work and social inclusion.
Its priority is to improve the living conditions and empowerment of people in a situation or at serious risk of exclusion.
Project carried out together with:
Each group trains once a week in the municipality where they have their reference centre.
In each session they work on physical conditioning as well as personal behaviour, coexistence, hygiene and daily habits.
Here the presence of our technicians is fundamental, as they become a reference of authority that helps them to advance in their processes. In addition, parallel and complementary activities are organized, such as walks, visits to the museum, watching matches at Lezama, etc.
