One more year, the Foundation and Athletic Club join the Week Of Action promoted by CAFE
The Foundation and Athletic Club, together with the Denon Athletic supporters Peña, made up of members with reduced mobility, jointly participate in the Week of Action celebrated between March 7 and 15 and promoted by CAFE (Center for Access to Football in Europe).
CAFE is an entity sponsored by UEFA to improve the accessibility of people with reduced mobility to soccer fields. The motto of CAFE that Athletic Club endorses is “Total Football, Total Access”, in order to promote true inclusion to improve the experience of being part of Athletic Club and being able to live its day by day in different areas and places.
Denon Athletic is the first Peña of the League founded by people with reduced mobility. It is made up of around thirty people and is based in San Mamés itself, in the tavern “La Campa de los Ingleses”.
