Athletic Club’s ATERPE programme presents the “Aterpe Recognition” competition and organises a series of activities to mark Child Abuse Prevention Day
Through the ATERPE Child Protection Programme, Athletic Club has organised the 1st Ibero-American Week for the Protection and Good Treatment of Children in Sport, which will be held between Monday, April 26 and Friday, April 30. This is a series of awareness-raising, training and discussion activities organised to mark Child Abuse Prevention Day on Sunday, 25 April.
The scheduled activities include various local and international meetings on topics related to the subject, such as “Challenges in Protecting Children and Adolescents in Latin America” (international online webinar), “Working Platforms for Protecting Children in Sport” (national online webinar), and “Challenges in Protecting Children in the Basque Country. Sport as a Good Practice” (in person at San Mamés).
