Lexuri and Alaia have received their respective prizes as winners of the month of the Sustainable Development Challenges contest
Former Athletic Club player Andoni Lakabeg, representing the Foundation, has been in charge of delivering to Lexuri and Alaia the prizes for the first edition of the Sustainable Development Challenges contest. The event took place in San Mamés, at the foot of the field, next to the Pichichi bust. Lexuri has received a red and white shirt with her name and the 10 on its back. Alaia has won the surprise prize for being a Fundaziozale: an Athletic Club 1898 ball and a basket made up of Km.0 products from the Gizakia orchard. The theme of the June challenge was local and responsible trade.
The Sustainable Development Challenge for July is already underway, this time based on Sustainable Mobility. Anyone can participate. It is very simple: Take a photograph of a sustainable journey, give it a title and tell us why you have chosen to walk, bicycle, public transport … You can do all of this by filling out our competition form.
