The Athletic Club Foundation is running the SERSO Honduras project in this Central American city
Juan Carlos Ercoreca and Jon Vázquez Eguskiza, the chairman and director of the Foundation respectively, this morning welcomed Óscar Ayala to Ibaigane, the mayor of Jutiapa, the city where the Athletic Club Foundation is running the SERSO Honduras social project, in collaboration with the NGO of the same name and SERSO San Viator. The Athletic Club Foundation is contributing sports equipment to the project, along with on-site training for Honduran educational instructors, thus helping the NGO and educational centres in the area to strengthen their educational programmes.
Óscar Ayala thanked the Foundation and Athletic Club for the help received in supporting a project in which around 380 boys and girls from Jutiapa take part and in which sport is used as a tool to promote the all-round development of children.
