In this way, woko will contribute to the development of the projects that Fundazioa develops in three basic areas of action: Community, Inclusion and Culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The signing of the agreement in San Mam\u00e9s was attended by <strong>Jon Uriarte<\/strong>, president of Athletic Club; <strong>Oto Whitehead Esteban<\/strong>, CEO of woko, professor and founder of the Behavioural Science event NudgeXperience; and <strong>Xandra Garrido Flor<\/strong>, director of strategy, communication and marketing at woko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based in Bilbao and Madrid, woko is a company that transforms behaviour through Behavioural Science. It researches and analyses data with behavioural glasses, in order to design multi-channel decision architectures with a scientific and creative base and impact on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_digital conversion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;_optimisation of the marketing and sales customer journey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;_customer experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_engagement <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All this, through analysis and research, to then apply behavioural design and subsequently test. woko adapts to the situation of each brand, being able to do the consultancy, but also the implementation and accompaniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
