The follow-up audit concludes that the Fundazioa management system has a good degree of implementation and a correct definition of the processes and procedures related to the international standard
One year after the Foundation obtained the ISO 9001 certificate that verifies the quality of its management system, the follow-up audit report confirms that the Foundation has effectively implemented all the planned measures. Thus, the report sent to the Foundation states that “the organization’s management system complies with all the requirements of the standard.” Likewise, it is confirmed that “the management system is capable of achieving the policies and objectives set, complying with the applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements“.
The report underlines the Foundation’s commitment to continuous improvement and the provision of the necessary means for its achievement. Finally, the audit highlights that the Foundation also has an environmental commitment, certified by ISO 14000.
